Have a go at a Metafit class. High intensity, fun and fat burning. This 30 minute session will work you hard for awesome results. Be warned... Metafit is highly addictive.
Or come along for a Boot Camp session. These challenging sessions will work on your strength and cardio and are a popular way to achieve results. Boot Camp uses body weight and various pieces of equipment to ensure you are never bored and that results are achieved.
Grab a group of friends and enjoy a personalised group training session. Workmates, sports teams and families can contact us to arrange a one off or ongoing sessions. Or have a 1:1 PT session tailored to your needs. We can work with you to achieve your goals and accomplish your objective.
