Hi, I’m Dan
I am passionate about health, fitness and good nutrition, and this has always been an important part of my life. My aim is to engage and encourage people of all ages and fitness abilities to have a go and participate in physical activity. I love helping my clients take control of their health and achieve their fitness goals.
In the past I have always enjoyed team sports and more recently the individual challenges of triathlon and running events. As a father to 3 young children I aim to model through my words and actions the importance of regular exercise and good nutrition.
I am a qualified Chef and know the importance of quality food, correct preparation and good nutritional habits to support any exercise program. I have years of industry experience which I can share to provide clients with correct information based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
I am a Personal Trainer registered with Fitness Australia. I hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I also hold Fitness Australia endorsed qualifications in Level I and II Boot Camp, Boxing for Fitness, and Level II Recreational Running. I am a Certified MetaFit, MetaPro and Metapwr Instructor, Sub 30 core and hold a First Aid with CPR Certificate. I am fully insured and hold a current Working with Vulnerable People Check.
