Hi, I’m Dan I am passionate about health, fitness and good nutrition, and this has always been an important part of my life. My aim is to engage and encourage people of all ages and fitness abilities to have a go and participate in physical activity. I love helping clients take control of their health and achieve their fitness goals. In the past I have always enjoyed team sports and more recently the individual challenges of Triathlon, Hyrox, Bodybuilding and running events. As a father to 3 young children I aim to model through my words and actions the importance of regular exercise and good nutrition.I am also a qualified Chef and know the importance of quality food, correct preparation and good nutritional habits to support any exercise program. I have years of industry experience which I can share to provide clients with correct information based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines.I am a Personal Trainer registered with Aus Active. I hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I also hold Fitness Australia endorsed qualifications in Level I and II Boot Camp, Boxing for Fitness, and Level II Recreational Running. I am a Certified MetaFit, MetaPro and MetaPWR Instructor as well as other various fitness qualifications.

My name is Staci, and I’m a qualified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, recently adding Metafit and MetaPWR coach to my credentials. I have a passion for a wide variety of training, having completed the Cadbury Marathon in 2025, countless fun runs over the years, a solo HYROX event, and a bodybuilding competition.Alongside my work in fitness, I’m also a Registered Nurse. My experience in healthcare has shown me first-hand the long-term impact of poor lifestyle choices, which has deepened my appreciation for the importance of daily movement and balanced nutrition. I believe in making the most out of life by staying active and eating well—and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Being able to move with ease, breathe freely, and have lasting energy is something none of us should take for granted. Through my coaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the incredible benefits that a healthy, active lifestyle can bring.
